Not only can you jump into any pond, lake, river, or ocean and swim around to your heart's content, but you can go under the water as well! And don't start worrying about air-supply and needing to head back to the surface anytime soon. Every single character gets an underwater breathing apparatus that lets them spend an unlimited amount of time beneath the waves! And don't expect to be bored down there! The underwater areas of the game are filled with hidden secrets and beautiful vistas that are just begging to be explored. There's also plenty of action! The depths are populated with dangerous creatures and bosses who need their backsides handed to them in a bloody waterproof sack. And to fight this watery menace, you will have access to all new underwater weapons (and lots more cool skills!). One especially exciting skill attached to the ranger's speargun lures a swarm of piranha to initiate a feeding-frenzy on your target. Blood and bubbles and screams, oh my!
