6. Playable Elites And Brutes
Take that pinch of salt and add another fistful, because this rumour originated from a 4chan post.
As many Halo fans remember, playable Elites were first available in Halo 2’s multiplayer, but have since been relegated to specific game modes, or not playable at all in the cases of Halo 4 and 5.
Fans have been clamouring to play as the unique alien race again, and adding them to Infinite would be a massive bit of fan service, and win 343 a lot of kudos amongst the community.
Adding Brutes to the multiplayer mix would be equally as refreshing, as they have never been playable before. It would be nice to have more variety in multiplayer, other than Spartan armour customisation. It would interesting to see what 343 could do to balance these three classes out.
