4. UP - It Fixes A Lot Of Problems With Its Predecessor

One overarching problem that Hyrule Warriors suffered was a lack of clarity. If you complete certain levels in the main campaign, you would unlock levels in Adventure Mode; a boardgame-like system where the player can unlock collectibles by completing missions.

Unfortunately, this mode Although Adventure Mode is so unclear on what to do or where to go, even the most dedicated fans will never complete it.

The Weapon Upgrade system is also badly explained, causing the player to boost the wrong weapons or upgrading them ineffectively.

This is one issue that Age of Calamity doesn't share. Every part of the main campaign, the side missions, and shops is easy to follow, allowing you to train your characters and upgrade your paraphernalia as efficiently as possible.

Also, switching items or weapons was surprisingly awkward in Hyrule Warriors to the point where many players would find themselves getting killed, simply because they didn't select the boomerang or the bow fast enough.

Because Age of Calamity has a wider range of weapons, you'd think this would be a bigger problem. But because AoC has a clearer system, you'll have no trouble pulling out the right weapon at the drop of a Minish Cap.
