More representation from the Teen Titans needs to happen in Injustice 2, especially considering Raven and Cyborg's appearance in the first game. Who better than Starfire?

Since there are many iterations of Starfire, the one with biggest potential is the New 52 version - which saw her leading the Teen Titans. This version of has much greater control of her powers and a newfound maturity when compared to her Teen counterpart. This would make interactions with Cyborg, Blue Beetle and Damian Wayne much more interesting, seeing Starfire treat battles with them like training opportunities.

Although there have been several other fighters with the ability to fly in the series so far, Starfire would set herself apart by actually being able to stay in the air constantly. Atop this, Starfire also has her Starbolts as projectile attacks, making her lethal when the two combine.
