Injustice 2: 5 DC Superheroes That Must Be Playable
4. Aqualad (Kaldur'ahm)
The king of Atlantis has had two sidekicks over the years, with each donning the moniker of Aqualad. It is the second - Kaldur'ahm - that is of interest here.
Though the character has differing origins based on whether you look at the appearance in the visual novel "Brightest Day" or the cartoon series "Young Justice", the power set seems to be consistent.
The most prominent ability Aqualad is shown to use is a sort of hard water; solidifying water into weapons while not sacrificing its fluidity. This allows him to create and shift weapons on the fly, accommodating whatever situation he's thrust into.
If the version from Young Justice is used, there's the additional bonus of Kaldur'ahm being the son of Black Manta, notable Aquaman villain and aquatic-based arms dealer that could have potential to tie into the overall plot of the game.
Regardless, this version of Aqualad has the potential to bring some mid-ranged combos that can punish longer ranged characters while keeping closer-ranged combatants at bay.
