11. Captain Cold

One thing I've always found kind of odd about DC is that they seem to really love their ice-themed villains. There's Mr. Freeze, Killer Frost, Captain Cold, Icicle and Minister Blizzard just to name some. If there was any undeniable king of the winter-inclined however, it would have to be Captain Cold.

He's one of The Flash's most irksome enemies, coming equipped with a cold gun that can freeze, shatter and maim any enemy of his choosing. He's also far lighter on his feet than Mr Freeze, so in gameplay terms alone he could make for an interesting character to face off against.

Again, Cold's gun was another symbol spotted on that t-shirt accompanying the sequel's release, so I'd be very surprised indeed if an appearance was somehow not on the cards.
