27. Cheetah

One of the more frantic and frenetic characters on screen, Cheetah's entirely melee-focused array of moves make her incredibly easy to pick up and play... or to easily defend against.

On top of so many flurries of slashes and combos, the trade-off is that the majority don't do a whole lot of damage, instead resigning Cheetah to utilising the occasional grapple to do the majority of her damage instead.

This makes her infuriating to play against when the A.I. decides to spike in difficulty, though on the player side, actually putting the time into learning Cheetah's moveset is often for nought, as she has some of the worst loot in the game.
