7. Count Vertigo
Count Vertigo, as you may have guessed from the ending of the last entry, is what we think to be Green Arrow's only other classic villain actually worth mentioning.
How great does the Rebirth version of Count Vertigo (pictured above) look? Sure, it may not be the most subtle aesthetic, and it's definitely not the most grounded, but it looks fantastic and, most importantly, would seamlessly fit in with the rest of Injustice's current roster.
While previous incarnations may have been more in line with the goofy and ghastly characters that were a dime a dozen in DC's earlier years, now we can probably all agree that, with his newfound visual badass-ery - as well as his trippy powers he'd be right at home in the game - especially with him having already been briefly established in the tie-in comic.
