9. Mr. Toad

Mr. Toad, the incurable adventurer from 1949's The Adventures of Ichabod Crane and Mr. Toad, is a character many would love to see in the same capacity as Bolt. Known for his love of reckless driving, Mr. Toad would be right at home summoned by Sora, crashing in to help wipe out Heartless all over the place. Though many kids nowadays likely know him best from Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at Disneyland rather than being aware he's from an actual Disney movie -- let alone "The Wind in the Willows" -- including one of Disney's older and quite unique animated characters would be a fun surprise, particularly if given his own world akin to the individuality of Timeless River allowing players to interact with other characters like Ratty, Moley and Angus MacBadger. If anything, Mr. Toad could live up to his impetuous nature by showing up in random battles like Final Fantasy VIII's Odin and Gilgamesh before dashing back off to Toad Hall.
