Madden 16 Review: 10 Hands-On First Impressions

8. Graphics Are Improved

You march right on into a game with your favourite team and straight away you're met by slick, fluid graphics showing off stats, player comparisons and a greyed out metallic stadium which bursts into life with colour as you enter the game. From a distance the stadium looks incredible, and the attention to detail when it comes to the interior is second-to-none. Unfortunately, the crowd is still lagging behind that of another top EA Sports game FIFA, but if you can overlook the robotic arm flailing, you'll see that the players look utterly stunning. The face scans look incredible even through visors and helmets beautifully and accurately reflect the stadium surroundings depending on the light. Players have a presence, jerseys have a texture and your team looks like a team.
