Mafia 3: 8 New Gameplay Features You Need To Know About
2. Vehicles Are Now More Customisable Than Ever
The deluge of vehicles that have made their way into Mafia III are all customisable. Yep, everything from performance upgrades to bulletproof tires are now only a quick purchase away, and seeing just how explosive this entry can get, they're probably going to be a priority for a lot of players when they finally get access to their own set of wheels.
Mafia has, of course, opted for a different style of driving than most other open world titles. Car's feel more weighty and, some would say, more arcade-y. They can ram things, stick to roads like nothing else, and hit the tarmac at a breakneck pace. It marks a departure from previous games in the series (where cars were slower and restricted to but a few minor upgrades), but there's no denying it makes for a cooler looking title.
I mean, come on, look at how sleek all those muscle cars are. Granted, they'll be able to navigate a corner about as well as a freight train, but at least you'll look sweet as you ram the competition off the roads.
