6. Keep Combos In Mind When Boosting, Using Items, Drifting Etc.

Keep an eye on the side of your screen when you're racing and you'll start to see which actions contribute to your overall Point score.

Things like boosting (drift for longer before letting go), tapping to jump off ramps, collecting coins on the track, using power-ups, gliding - everything has a Point value, and can be chained together.

Ideally you want to have one giant combo string going from the beginning of a race to the end. Hold onto power-ups if you're about to go into a straight, and use them to connect two drifts, or go from a glide into a drift, into a power-up box - and back into a drift.

You'll get the hang of this additional layer in time, and the result is more coins to take away and spend in the Shop.
