39. Juggernaut
Status: Prediction (potentially in the X-Men pack)
There’s a few characters who seem like great candidates for the upcoming X-Men pack, especially when you consider Storm & Wolverine are already in the game.
With Cyclops, arguably the biggest X-Men hero not present in the base game, arriving soon too, a few lesser lights can throw themselves forward. Nobody in the Marvel canon is better at throwing themselves forward than Juggernaut, and since he’s already a boss, there’s a much easier transition to playable character for him.
Loki and Thanos are both bosses who can be unlocked, so it’s not inconceivable that Juggernaut might be arriving too. However, charging for a character already ostensibly in the game isn’t a great look, so just watch this space.
