36. Black Widow

Aside from her well-designed character model (take note, Square Enix), there sadly isn't all that much to distinguish Black Widow from the rest of the heroes.

Her dual batons look impressive during combos and firing off pistols like Dante is cool, but her basic move-set and uninspired abilities make her pretty interchangeable with any of the other agile characters.
