Considering his status as the face of modern superheroes, it was essential that Team Ninja got Iron Man right, and from his Downey Jr.-inspired voice acting to array of armour abilities in combat, the devs absolutely nailed it.

Basic attacks aren't all that complex, but being able to juggle enemies with Stark's repulsors provides a frenetic thrill, while the arc-reactor blast can annihilate enemies, especially early on.

He's perhaps the easiest to use and master of the entire roster, which sees him shine across the first few hours, as you fly around the battlefield shooting energy beams from the sky, and calling in part of the Iron Legion to lay a combo smackdown on unsuspecting enemies. Sadly, his usefulness becomes limited in the late game, but he's a great hero to front load.
