Marvel's Avengers: 10 Villains It MUST Include
6. Norman Osborn
If there's anyone who will benefit from the Avengers being outcasts then it's Norman Osborn. After all, he may wear the armor of the Iron Patriot but underneath his metallic exterior there's still the beating heart of the Green Goblin. And along with his Dark Avengers, he could easily be the mastermind of the group's demise.
It's not too much of a push to watch the reveal trailer and think that the person who's responsible for all the chaos is one of Spider-Man's oldest foes, especially considering that this is all supposed to take part in a shared universe. And if he's to show up, then you can bet your bottom dollar that the Dark Avengers won't be too far behind.
It also doesn't really matter which version is used as both iterations of the team have had some great villains on board, each masquerading as some of the world's most beloved heroes and the idea of Gorgon, Bullseye, and Ragnarok throwing down with Iron Man, Thor, and the Hulk is a mouth-watering prospect.
Is it a realistic proposition? Maybe not, as Insomniac undoubtedly have their own plans for Norman somewhere down the line, but it would be a fantastic surprise and one that nobody would see coming.
