One of the most odd-looking comes when you visit Tuchanka, the Krogan homeworld. Immediately the warrior race of battle-hardened creatures start teasing the test tube-born Grunt, and it's then where you get the chance to step in. Not caring one jot that he/she is merely a human standing up to a walking sack of meat that makes up the average Krogan, stabbing the Renegade button in this exchange makes Shepard deliver a headbutt straight to the face of the offending party. Bioware's occasionally stilted animation makes it look even more sporadic, and the awkward silence everyone involved suddenly gets enveloped in is priceless - especially considering Shepard's "Yeah, whatever" stance afterwards.
