Mass Effect 4: 10 Things We Want From BioWare's New Saga

6. More Space Battles

For a series dealing with space, it's a tad silly that your only options with the Normandy is traversing the galaxy and finding resources for the war effort. As we've seen with CGI and in-game sequences, the sheer awesomeness of alliance star fighters passing gigantic monoliths whilst pursuing Oculus drones is an hair raising sensation, bluntly shoving the risky endeavor and thrill of space combat. Bioware have tried countless times to make space exploration more fun and less like a chore, which undoubtedly failed, so why not try to include hostile space battle scenarios . Bioware have done space combat with the titles, most notably Star Wars The Old Republic, although I don't think enemies providing as much challenge as a ducks at a shooting range isn't preferable, but the core of it's mechanic could be a step in the right direction. Ultimately how they should approach it is irrelevant, anything would be welcomed than the generic task of surveying planets for resources.
