Mass Effect Andromeda: 10 Hilarious Animations You Need To See

2. The Female Presets Are... Inflated?

Okay, so it's not a glitch per se (I don't... think, anyway), but just what the hell were Bioware thinking, including this assortment of weirdly oversized faces as selections on the female preset screen?

There's absolutely nothing wrong with showcasing a range of faces, colours and creeds (obviously), but looking across all of them at once, something has clearly gone wrong in rendering, as they all appear bloated and bizarrely oversized.

Sara Ryder in particular wasactually modelled on Jayde Rossi, yet you can see the tremendous difference between the latter's original face, and that of the one used in-game.

Including a more 'average' or 'normal'-looking character as the default would've definitely been a nod towards progressivism in gaming, but why not design that character from the get-go, or mocap somebody else?

The fact Bioware have taken the likes of Jayde and ended up with Sara Ryder having oversized lips and eyes is just... bad.
