Habitat 7 appears to be a planet that the Pathfinders are hoping is a suitable planet for their relocation. But if they have already found a suitable planet, then doesn’t that negate the rest of the game as you play as the Pathfinder?
Well, this is presumably in an early stage of the story.
It is quite clearly the bridge of the Tempest. You can spot confirmed squadmates Peebee, Cora and Liam in the image, but the narration is provided by the Ryder’s father, Alec.
Now we could hazard a guess that the narration has been taken from Alec Ryder’s initial exploration of the now-named, Habitat 7, but if you look more carefully around the planet, it is surrounded by some sort of infrastructure that is not dissimilar to what surrounds the Khett ships later on.
