3. The Multiplayer
Mass Effect's multiplayer is also making a return in Andromeda. Players will form "Apex" squads - a task force stationed aboard The Nexus.
Multiplayer will use a 'cards' based economy, that earns you credits and XP. Bioware are also putting a prestige system in place, and although you can impact your single player story with multiplayer, it won't have an effect on the ending to the game as it did in Mass Effect 3.
Missions will also feature modifiers for the first time in the series, such as voluntarily taking more damage from enemies for increased rewards, or doing more damage but receiving decreased rewards.
Multiplayer will also boast enemies that require specific tactics or powers to defeat, which will place an added emphasis on team work between players.
