7. These Are The Game's Bosses (11 Main, 5 Optional)

MGSV's bosses have been massively kept under wraps so far as ever in the MGS series, but a full boss list is now available for the first time. In order, here is a list of the 11 core bosses and 5 optional ones throughout the game. Firstly, there's the fog version of the zombie-like Skulls unit (Missions 1 & 6), Quiet (Mission 11 & Mission 40 on Extreme difficulty), the Metal Gear ST-84 aka the Sahelanthropous (Mission 12 & 31, also Mission 50 on Extreme difficulty), the armoured version of the Skulls (Missions 16 & 29, also 37 & 42 on Extreme difficulty), Eli (Mission 23, also Side Mission 113), and the camouflaged Skulls (Missions 28 & 46). Surprising it is that that there doesn't seem to be a direct boss battle between Big Boss and Skullface during the game, and it's also rather unexpected that the likes of Quiet and Eli end up as bosses too. Still, it's an MGS game, so you know that the boss fights are going to be unforgettable.
