8. Quiet Tries To Kill Big Boss At The Start Of The Game

The leak explains much about Quiet's abilities, that her hearing is 10x more sensitive than other soldiers, she can see perfectly in the dark and water has an adverse effect on her powers, such that if Big Boss sprays her with water, she'll squirm in pain due to the parasites inside her body. She also reportedly leaves the game after Mission 43 (there are 50 missions), and her plot-line can only be completed once the main story is finished. But the real surprise is that Quiet actually appears in the hospital prologue sequence, going there to assassinate Big Boss, and actually using her voice. She apparently says, "Not yet. The patient in the next bed saw my face" (almost certainly referring to Ishmael). How Quiet then comes to side with Big Boss remains to be seen, but the leak confirms that there is a boss battle against her in Mission 11 (and again in Mission 40 on Extreme difficulty only) with rumours suggesting it's similar to the epic sniper battle against The End, so she'll likely be brought into the fold then. As to why the player would be fighting her again in as late a mission as 40 is anyone's guess...
