Metroid Prime 4: 9 Other Switch FPS You Should Play

7. Dusk

Alright I'm cheating a bit as it’s not out yet, but Dusk has been promised, and I can’t resist, as it’s getting mad levels of praise on Steam.

Its blocky graphics might not look much at first glance, but ’90s style shooters in the same vein as Doom and Quake are making a huge comeback.

Overlook this one and you’ll be missing out on some crazy fast gameplay and OTT gore. Whilst it may not be in keeping with Nintendo’s more family oriented design choices, it certainly delivers on gameplay, which is always, very much, at the core of the company's titles.

Praised for intricate level designs, DUSK is full of secrets and Easter eggs, and set in a world of creepy KKK Cthulu worshiping cult types, monsters and military men in grungy, industrial buildings.

Complimented by a creepy and atmospheric music score, you’re always left feeling alone and up against the odds. Be ready.
