Metroid Prime 4: 9 Other Switch FPS You Should Play
8. Morphite
Often cited as being a mix of both No Man's Sky and Metroid Prime this quirky indie title should help feed your hunger.
Whilst it might be a bit lacking in the puzzle and intense combat department the game more than makes up for it with it's large scale exploration and atmospheric tone.
It's a noticeably slower paced shooter but that all helps add towards the feeling of isolation and trepidation on a strange alien world.
There's also a pretty good story to go along with the retro, low poly, angular design, urging you to push on little by little.
Whilst it might not be able to compete with some of the bigger budget sci-fi games available there are still a few things the likes of Metroid 4 could learn from this game.
