Metroid Prime 4: 9 Other Switch FPS You Should Play

No it doesn't have any exploration or puzzle solving, or a narrative but it is a colourful, cartoony, shooter with a character roster worthy of any old school Nintendo classic.

The closest thing to Overwatch on the Switch (at the time of writing), fingers crossed though, the fast paced multiplayer shoot outs mean you'll be coming back to this one again and again.

Set in a vibrant sci-fi fantasy world the gameplay is as chaotic as anything you'll see in a Metroid Prime shoot out.

The creatures may be less scary or ominous but they're no less creative, squint and you can pretend they're space pirates.

And if you want weapon variety, this is it! Flame throwers and snakes are all viable ways of dispatching your foes. Snakes! The snakes can be weapons!
