Though Forza Horizon 4 players are probably still working their way through the game's colossal suite of launch content, Playground Games confirmed that the first of two planned DLC updates will land next month.

Fortune Island releases on December 13 and will add a remote northern island area to the game, with an apparent focus on inclement weather conditions - namely lightning storms - and all the handling difficulties that this implies. Players will also be able to periodically view the gorgeous aurora borealis.

Fortune Island is part of the game's expansion bundle or free for Ultimate Edition owners, while those playing on Game Pass will get a 10% discount if they want to augment their experience.
