Mirror's Edge 2: 5 Essential Features We Want To See

5. Action Set Pieces

Something sorely lacking from the first games was big standout sections. Sure there was big leaps and helicopter chase, but the Frostbite 2 engine brings new possibilities in terms of animation and environment. As mention before, escaping a falling building would rock, and then a slide down a falling piece of rubble would rock, especially if it was finished by a jump onto another building. Also, if ME2 picked up where ME1 left off, Faith could do a pretty cool jump with a parachute or rappel rope of the building away from the swat, if anyone remembers that ending. While constant insanity can be numbing, it can make a game stand out if used correctly. So this concludes another game wishlist. I loved the first game have high hopes for the next installment in the franchise. While it is unlikely that will see Mirror's Edge 2 until at least 2014, there is no doubt it will be worth the wait. I live in Australia, love to write and play games. So what better than writing about games? I love all things action and fantasy, as well as my occasional shooter. I literally cannot wait for GTAV!
