Teostra, Vaal Hazak, Kushala Daora. Those names carry no connotations of threat in comparison to Alatreon. Unlike the majority of Monster Hunter's Elder Dragon pantheon, Alatreon has command over not one, two or three elements, but four - the result being an elementally unstable nightmare that could be cooking you with hellfire one minute and chilling you to the bone the next.

No such dynamic creature - Alatreon's elemental alignment changes, depending on its battle state - exists in the New World as yet, and given the relatively scripted nature of World's current encounters, Alatreon's inclusion would add a much-needed sense of unpredictability into the mix.

Stick him in Elder's Recess to engage in Turf Wars with Nergigante. The latter will soon discard its cannibalizing tendencies in favour of a new diet after locking horns with the king of its kind. Just make sure you're not present when a victor emerges.
