Mortal Kombat 1 DLC: 10 Guest Characters We Need To See

Oh yeah, it's Deadpool time!

As far as Marvel heroes go, it's hard to think of any as used to getting their limbs torn off and their body utterly ravaged as Wade Wilson, otherwise known as Deadpool. This character is constantly being cut up and blasted to smithereens. As such, he'd easily handle the kind of torment fighters experience in MK.

Deadpool is an iconic superhero with impeccable fighting skills, a powerful healing ability, and a mouth that never shuts up. Writing up his pre-fight intros and post-fight outros would be an absolute treat for the game's writers and for players who get to hear them. Just imagine the interactions between him and Johnny Cage.

There are plenty of comic-book characters in the MK series now, like Homelander, Peacemaker, Omni-Man, Joker, and Spawn. Yet, Marvel has not thrown their hat into the ring. Deadpool would be the right way to get the brand into the game, as he's already a notoriously R-rated hero.

Let's also not forget that Ryan Reynolds would probably be down to voice the character for the game, so really, this fighter would be the complete package.
