Mortal Kombat 11: 10 Features From Previous Games That Need To Return

8. Hara-Kiri Fatalities

The Hara-Kiri was one of the more subversive additions to the Mortal Kombat franchise, essentially giving the losing player one last chance to slap their enemy in the face.

Instead of being subjected to a killing blow or, even worse, a fatality, from another player, the Hara-Kiri allowed the losing player to go out on their own terms by taking themselves out in gory fashion.

And in the age of fighting over the internet, it seems even more fitting to allow those losing the opportunity to screw over their opponents. It's just a bit of fun after all.

Each Hara-Kiri was also unique to the fighter using it, which is definitely something that would add even more variety to Mortal Kombat 11.

They've been absent for a while, and with the numerous new characters added to the series since the introduction of Hara-Kiris, there's definitely a lot of new ground to cover.
