Mortal Kombat 11: 10 Guest Characters We NEED To See
7. Doomguy
Video game characters don't often crossover into Mortal Kombat, in fact the only one to do so has been Kratos in Mortal Kombat 9. However the latest instalment in the long-running franchise could be the one to rekindle the trend. If that's the case, we have a few ideas of who we'd like to see, and we're kicking things off with a true gaming icon.
Sure, he may not have a real name or much persona, but Doomguy is amongst the most well-known in the industry. His profession is marine, but he spends his free time blasting holes through, and ripping the heads off of, demons.
Doomguy utilises a full arsenal of weaponry, from shotguns to assault rifles, chainsaws to the BFG 9000 plasma gun. Impressively, the chap doesn't even need a weapon because his fists are practically registered; they're capable of punching heads clean off of shoulders and right through stomachs.
Imagine pitting Doomguy against Jax in a battle of the weaponry, or against Johnny Cage in a battle of the machismo. Many gamers were eager to pounce upon rumours of Doomguy featuring in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate last year, but it doesn't take a genius to see that he's far better suited for Mortal Kombat.
