3. Check Your Kombat Kard's Notifications For Missed Unlockables

Another tiny thing, but I totally missed the fact that my internet connection had dipped mid-story, resulting in every chapter-based reward not showing as I progressed.

See, MK 11 is a constantly online game. Everything from tutorial progress to unlocking a new bandanna requires a server sync, and if the game can't do so, it'll hide the fact you've unlocked something until you're back online.

Even then, in my case, restoring the connection didn't prompt any notifications.

To see what you've missed then, tap L2/LT to view your Kombat Kard and button over to "Notifications". Here you'll see a (likely) MASSIVE rollout of every reward you didn't tap on at the time, ready to be claimed.

This goes for daily challenges you might have unlocked without realising it, and if you're playing portable on Switch, be sure to check this every time you're back within WiFi range.
