Mortal Kombat 11: Series Outkasts That Need To Return

8. Drahmin

Nightwolf Mortal Kombat Deception
NetherRealm

Remember Drahmin? No? That's fine, not many people do.

Drahmin debuted in 2002's Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, but hasn't been in a mainline game since 2006's Armageddon.

He has one of the best backstories in all of Mortal Kombat. Drahmin was a cruel Outworld warlord who was sent to Neatherrealm to be tortured for eternity. There, he lost his mind and gave in to the whims of Neatherrealm, only to be reborn as the ghastly Drahmin. Now he's a terrifying figure with no skin, a club for an arm, and a creepy mask. His is a look that will haunt your dreams, much like former MK guest star Freddy Krueger.

Drahmin's mask allows him to maintain his focus and fight with skill, however if he takes it off he is overwhelmed with murderous rage. This could easily result in different play-styles in a modern Mortal Kombat game, and there could be multiple mask types. Also, it's not hard to imagine how his club could be used to literally smash enemies with gnarly Fatalities.

Drahmin could be one of the most brutal characters on the entire MK roster, and it would be great to see him face-off with Baraka and the like.
