Mortal Kombat 11: Series Outkasts That Need To Return

Nightwolf is one of Mortal Kombat's most iconic characters and he's not exactly a series outcast. In fact, Nightwolf was a playable character in Mortal Kombat 9 and an NPC in MKX. However, even going one game without getting our hands on this badass character has us yearning to use his distinct abilities again.

Nightwolf is an Apache warrior who keeps in touch with Raiden at all times using his visions, which could very well link him to the story in Mortal Kombat 11 - where Raiden has seemingly turned to the dark side. So there's a strong chance Nightwolf will appear in the upcoming Mortal Kombat game, and that's an exciting prospect.

Harbouring the ability to manifest anything using his spirit powers, Nightwolf can conjure bows, tomahawks, and channel both fire and lightning. If that doesn't sound OP enough, he also uses his tomahawk to cut throats and decapitate his opponents. Nightwolf is certainly one of the more brutal characters in Mortal Kombat, befitting of his ancient Apache warrior persona. He's a series legend that brings a completely unique look and feel, and he needs to return.
