An 18-year-old cheerleader who eats lollipops as a source of health, has the severed head of her boyfriend Nick attached at her belt and just so happens to be a zombie hunter... Just hear me out. She's shown her ability of hand-to-hand combat with her cheering abilities in Lollipop Chainsaw, albeit with the help of pom-poms. She's trained in karate underneath Sensei Morikawa, too, so she's clearly got some drive and passion to her. Throw in a brutal, bedazzled (how those two words can even describe each other is astounding) chainsaw and you've got someone that could hold their ground against the worst of 'em. We've already got a chainsaw-wielding freak in the form of Leatherface, why not grab one from the other side of the moral spectrum? She even offers up quite a few possibilities for fatalities, too. Of course you could go the easy route and have her mutilate someone with a chainsaw, but even further would be the ability for her to use her Star Soul Power. There's even Nick's severed head she has at her disposal. Juliet being the bubbly playful teenager she is, could decapitate whoever she is facing, throw nicks head on the body and walk away with her newly bodied boyfriend.
