NBA 2K18 My GM Tips: 30 Franchise-Saving Trades You Must Make
19. Sacramento Kings
Players out (position, rating, contract length/value, age):
Willie Cauley-Stein C 76 1 yr/$3.7M 24, Frank Mason PG 69 2 yrs/2.56M 23
Players in:
Tony Snell SF 75 3 yrs/$31M 25, Sterling Brown SG 68 2 yrs + 1/$2.19M 22
Why it makes sense:
The Kings have four centers on their roster, with two sharing a very similar rating. Since Skal Labissiere is a bit better, especially in the shooting department, Cauley-Stein is the one to be traded. Trading him to the Bucks makes sense even in real-life, since the deal would be beneficial for both sides: they need a center/power forward and the Kings need a young starting small forward.
Enter Tony Snell, who's just 25 and is signed for a team-friendly $10M a season. With B+ shooting from mid-range and three, he'll become one of the prime scorers on this roster.
