NBA 2K20: 7 New MyTeam Features Revealed
3. Changes To Unlimited
The Unlimited mode within MyTeam was brought in last year as a way of offering gamers the chance at landing one of the top cards in the game.
Going 12-0 meant a hard grind at recording a dozen wins in a row. While hard for a lot, the better players could do it comfortably, while glitches were available in the game to ensure you were matched with poor squads online.
This allowed players to leave their accounts at 11-0 and wait for the new player of the month reward player to drop. Simply put, players could win one game and unlock the newest reward card almost immediately.
This has been wiped out of 2K20. Anyone sitting at 11-0 now will simply be awarded the prize for that achievement at the turn of the month, with everyone being given a clean slate.
Unlimited is the main five on five mode within MyTeam, so this subtle change should ensure things are a bit fairer at the start of each month.
