Political correctness aside, WNBA is really the most fun aspect of this game. This should suggest the direction that the creators should pursue in the future, as playing with female basketball players is more fun than expected. WNBA teams are only available in quick game mode in this edition, but hopefully they can appear in The Franchise next year as well.

While the player models are too mobile and "light" for men's basketball, female players actually look a lot better when performing similar plays as men. The females somehow seem more in place, more natural, as their play involves less strength and more finesse.

Seeing a 6'10" man almost 'float' on the court is discouraging, but seeing a 5'10" female do the same feels - and looks - just right.

Inclusion of WNBA teams is also a nice nod to female gamers and basketball players alike, who can finally play as their idols.
