7. A POWERFUL Hybrid

There's been much talk about whether the NX would be a hybrid console or not. Personally I seriously hope not. Handheld consoles should be handheld, home consoles should be at home. There are enough opportunities to compliment each other without dragging a poor quality game from 3DS to NX or vice versa. However, as unlikely as it sounds, there is one way that a hybrid console could work and it's a very simple one. Ramp up the power. If you can plug in and play HD graphics on a large screen, then disconnect and go for a walkabout while maintaining spectacular power, there could well be a market there. I realise that sounds like a dream world, but unfortunately that's the only way a hybrid console worth playing would actually work.
