7. Handheld Hybrid

Thinking down those lines, a lot has been made about the idea of a hybrid console. NX is reportedly going to connect multiple pieces of hardware, from phones to DS', under one banner, leading some fans to speculate whether the NX itself will come with a Wii U-style controller that can also double up as a remote console.

The Wii U controller's bulky, unfashionable style and impractical nature means that the NX's design must be severely refined, but it is thought that Nintendo will still utilise some concepts from the doomed Wii U in their next effort. I'm not against another screen in the controller, it just has to be executed well.
