Nintendo Switch: 9 Things Nobody Wants To Admit

4. Limited Handheld Battery

After the initial excitement from the prospect of combining console and handheld gaming into one, an unfortunately negative thought crossed the minds of gamers everywhere; there's no way handheld mode will be able to keep up the same consistency as when docked.

And sadly, we were all right.

While some games have no problem making it six straight hours, those more graphically intense will only get you around half of that time. 'Breath of the Wild' is a perfect example of a great game that just doesn't last long enough without having to stop and recharge, which takes around three and a half hours itself by the way.

Unlike just about every other entry on this list, the fault doesn't necessarily lie on Nintendo. We have to imagine they gave us the absolute best possible battery life they could manage, it's just unfortunate that the best wasn't all that much in the long-run.
