5. Overhaul Loot Boxes
Blizzard was really the trend setter when it came to loot boxes. But what may have seemed like a neat idea once upon a time has turned into a pretty controversial system – and that's assuming anyone actually thought lootboxes were good, to begin with.
Few things in the game are worse than opening up a lootbox and getting a couple of duplicates, especially when there's over a hundred cosmetics you still don't have.
Either totally replacing lootboxes with just getting points to spend on cosmetics from winning matches and/or leveling up or getting rid of duplicates would go a long way toward refreshing the community's disillusion with the lootbox system.
