3. The Design
Along with the controller, we have seen several proposed designs for the PlayStation 4 console itself, and much like the controller, some of the aesthetics we've seen have looked pretty horrendous, like the image above. One intriguing image we have seen for the PS4 has been
this one. Much like the controller, the design of the PS4 will be one of, if not the most fervently anticipated parts of Sony's big reveal, and we're really hoping the new console will be something smaller and sleeker than the hefty, arm-achingly heavy PS3. Sony released several "slim" models after the release of the PS3, and did a similar thing with the PS2. But why not release something "slim" from the get-go? It would save us all a heap of cash and would also prevent breakdown issues, which we will get too shortly. We're also hoping for more USB ports after the aforementioned slim models only provided us with two.
