PlayStation 4: 5 Reasons Why You Should Be Disappointed With The Launch

5. The Launch Titles Really Don't Look That Great

PS4launch One of the biggest things fans were looking forward too ahead of the grand unveiling of the PlayStation 4 was the announcement of the launch titles, and what games they'd be able to get their teeth stuck into on the next generation of platforms. Happily, Sony went into great detail about these launch titles - great detail. In fact, they talked about the launch titles so much and for so long that it bordered on waffling. Kill Zone 4 will be on the PS4, along with "Infamous: Second Son" by Sucker Punch, and puzzle-based game "The Witness". We'll also be seeing "Deep Down", "Square Enix", "Watch_Dogs" and "Diablo III" on the next generation of consoles, and the developers talked us to death about these upcoming games. The only one that looked anywhere close to appealing (to me at least) was Ubisoft's "Watch_Dogs" which unlike the other aforementioned titles actually did manage to get my pulse racing. It looks like a futuristic version of Grand Theft Auto with maximum control, and we can't wait to hear more about it. The other titles on the other hand... Eh. They look fairly average to me and I certainly won't be going out and pre-ordering any of them any time soon, but I guess it's all down to what you're into.
