Seriously, though, one well placed water balloon and this adorable Fire/Psychic type is down for the count. Victini is actually a fantastic pokemon, with great stats and a greater movepool, but guarantee victory it does not.
I’m sorry Victini. You’re good, but not even Arceus is that good.
