6. Remove The Ability To Steal Gyms From Other Players

You can call it 'good competition' - but try having it happen to you and then saying that.

Battling at gyms can be one of the most fun activities in the game, but it comes with a strange caveat if you're playing publicly - once you've beaten a gym, chances are it won't be you who gets to claim it.

Instead, as anyone can swoop in and 'ninja' your spot, you're then forced to hold back your best Pokémon to fill the 'slot' left after battle (as whoever you do fight with will need healing) - and that's if you don't get replaced immediately when you're looking at the victory screen.

I'll admit it's fun to swoop in and take someone's gym from the opposing team, but when it does more harm and causes more annoyance than anything else, Niantic really need to provide a fix.
