Okay, this looks awesome. Take the art style of Sly Cooper, the cartoon class-based gameplay of Plants vs Zombies and then make it first-person and VR and you get World War Toons. World War Toons is a multiplayer game that puts you into a not-quite-historically-accurate version of WWII.

16 different Troopers do battle across an assortment of maps in this free-to-play game being developed by Reload Studios, a company that includes some former Call of Duty devs. Now, a disclaimer - when World War Toons launches alongside the PS VR, it'll only be launching into open beta.

Attempting to carve its own space in a world full of first-person shooters by applying a cartoon approach, World War Toons looks very appealing and could be a blast with friends.
