With the huge success that Crash Bandicoot's return has garnered, surely Spyro the Dragon deserves his own revival?

The most obvious suggestion for Spyro the Dragon's return would be a remaster of the original trilogy of games, similarly to how Crash Bandicoot made his return this year. Considering Activision owns both of the licenses and has seen how successful Crash has been, it's likely that they're already starting work on the project.

A new adventure for Spyro the Dragon would be just as well appreciated, but it seems likelier that he'll make his next appearance through remastered titles. Considering how Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy remains to be a PlayStation exclusive currently, it also seems likely that any remaster of the purple dragon's original adventures would also be available only on PS4.

Come on Activision, it's time for this legend to return home.
