2. It's More Powerful Than The 720 (Apparently)
This one remains speculative until Microsoft unveil their official system specs, but the industry reaction to the specs of the PS4 thus far have been almost universally positive; it boasts a PC-like architecture that means it will be much easier to develop for, and it would be very impressive (and unlikely) that Microsoft would come up with anything much more impressive. After the last generation saw the PS3 be more powerful than the 360 - though that ultimately had little bearing on who won the war - it's not unreasonable to assume that Sony, with their radical new approach to the architecture of their console, will win out again. Of course, another possibility is that a relatively minor difference in technical specs won't have any say, and it'll be about how each company's platform appeals to gamers on broader level.
